The Procedure

The scarless breast reduction procedure takes about one to two hours and is typically performed under a tumescent anesthesia, which renders the treated area completely numb. Mild sedation is also administered for a painless, comfortable experience. A very small incision is hidden in the crease below the breast; through this incision, a thin surgical tube is used to suction out excess fatty breast tissue. The procedure preserves the nerves and the blood vessels, reducing the chance of loss of sensation in the nipple.
